Michael is the CEO and co-founder of Panoltia, Inc., and the Executive Producer for Panoltia Productions, a division of Panoltia that produces bilingual (Spanish / English) and cross-cultural (Latino / North American) educational media products.

Besides managing Panoltia and Panoltia Productions business operations, he has written and produced audio and video instructional programs in English and Spanish on a variety of subjects, including:

• healthcare

• housing

• the U.S. school system

• driving in the United States

• personal finance

• government

• taxes

• starting your own business

• and various others

Michael has also created and taught a variety of business and cross-cultural education programs, including programs on bilingual and cross-cultural marketing, sales, management, starting and managing a business, communication, and others.

Before founding Panoltia, Mr. Metivier spent 13 years with the Hewlett Packard Company in a variety of positions in the U.S. and Europe.

He is a successful entrepreneur and an engaging public speaker.
