Cancellation Policy

For individual training participants:

You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled seminar or webinar start date and we will refund your registration fee, less a $25 cancellation fee. 

If you must cancel your registration less than 10 business days prior to your seminar or webinar start date you can:

1. Send a substitute to attend in your place, or

2. Transfer your registration fee to another seminar or webinar of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original seminar or webinar start date.

Please note that if you don't cancel and you don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.

For on-site seminar and webinar hosts:

If you are scheduled to host an on-site seminar or a webinar and you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 20 business days prior to the seminar or webinar start date. If you must cancel less than 20 business days prior to your seminar or webinar start date you will be responsible for:

• for on-site seminars, a cancellation fee of $1,000, plus any non-recoverable expenses incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel cancellation penalties, etc.

• for webinars, a cancellation fee of $500.
